The Broadcast

Designer will be responsible for developing cohesive visual identities and reusable templates for video and podcast series, ensuring all assets align with established branding guidelines. The position requires close collaboration with content producers to deliver qualified, accessible, and visually engaging materials across multiple platforms. The designer will also create supporting artwork for podcasts, thumbnails, and promotional assets tailored for social media distribution.

Deliverables

- Develop visual identities for video and podcast series, including opening and closing sequences, titles, lower thirds, captions, and motion graphics.
- Design reusable templates for consistent branding across audiovisual content.
- Produce podcast artwork, thumbnails, and promotional assets for social media.
- Ensure all visual elements adhere to established branding and accessibility standards.
- Collaborate with content teams to refine and implement visual concepts.
- Deliver final assets in required formats and specifications for various platforms.

Requirements





- Proven experience in broadcast design, motion graphics, and audiovisual branding.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design and animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in developing visual identities and templates for video and podcast content.
- Ability to create accessible, professional, and visually engaging assets.
- Experience designing for social media and digital platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with branding guidelines and best practices for international organizations is an advantage.
