This role focuses on designing and implementing a robust LinkedIn lead management workflow using Waalaxy and HubSpot. The primary objective is to ensure the protection and seamless handling of approximately 450 existing leads and their message history, while establishing a reliable process for lead qualification and transfer. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing the current Waalaxy setup, configuring outreach campaigns, managing inboxes, and creating a manual A/B/C lead qualification system.

A-leads must be accurately transferred to HubSpot, ensuring no duplicates and preserving all CRM and customer history. The process will be validated and tested in a focused, collaborative session, with the potential for future automation using Make.com.

Deliverables

- Audit and secure the existing Waalaxy account, ensuring all leads and message histories are protected.
- Configure and optimize LinkedIn outreach campaigns and inbox management within Waalaxy.
- Develop and document a manual A/B/C lead qualification process, with clear criteria for each lead type.
- Implement a reliable workflow for transferring A-leads from Waalaxy to HubSpot, maintaining data integrity and avoiding duplicates.
- Preserve all existing customer and CRM history during the transfer process.
- Conduct a validation and testing session (half-day or full-day)



via screen sharing to ensure the workflow functions as intended.
- Provide recommendations for potential future automation using Make.com.

Requirements

- Proven expertise with Waalaxy and HubSpot, including lead management and CRM integration.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn outreach strategies and best practices.
- Experience designing and implementing manual lead qualification and transfer processes.
- Ability to manage and protect sensitive lead data and message histories.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills for cooperative workflow validation and documentation.
- Availability for a focused, real-time screen-sharing session to test and validate the process.
- Familiarity with Make.com or similar automation tools is a plus, though not required for the initial phase.
