Coast Courtenay Hotel is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist/Night Auditor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and provide friendly and qualified customer service
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs
- Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications
- Collect and process guest payments accurately
- Provide guests with information about the hotel and local area
- Respond professionally to guest requests, concerns, and complaints
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure guest needs are addressed promptly
- Maintain accurate guest information and reservation records
- Complete Front Desk reports and daily shift responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming Front Desk and lobby area

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and learning hotel reservation systems




- Able to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays when required
- Previous hotel or customer service experience is an asset but not required

Training: On-site training will be provided before starting the job to ensure you are comfortable with our Front Desk procedures, reservation system, guest service standards, and daily responsibilities.
