Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer support while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about services and facilities.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions in our computerized system.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and clerical duties.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Uphold confidentiality and security protocols regarding guest information.

Experience





- Previous experience in an office or front desk role is preferred.
- Familiarity with customer support practices and administrative procedures is advantageous.
- Solid organizational skills with attention to detail in managing files and records.
- Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry and management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- A background as a dental receptionist or similar clerical position is a plus but not required.
