Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take accurate orders using POS systems, such as Micros POS, and process transactions efficiently with cash handling and basic math skills.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, counters, and service stations in accordance with sanitation guidelines.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.




- Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation when needed, demonstrating versatility across food industry tasks.

Experience

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, and cashiering experience are advantageous.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques is desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through excellent time management skills in a quick-paced environment.
- Experience in serving or hospitality roles that involve guest interaction will help you excel in this position.
