We are continuing our transformation at Lou Pécou. As a completely current menu and operational era approaches, we need to reinforce our team with someone for whom true hospitality means the world.

We are not looking for the coldness of a corporate resume, even if it looks impressive on paper. We are not looking for someone who thinks hospitality is simply writing a schedule, hiding behind a team, or managing from an office. People often say taking care of a house is hard work, but the truth is, it is only hard if you are not meant to do it.

If this is your true calling, the work is beautiful, natural, and deeply rewarding. We know that level of alignment is rare, but we will find the right person, and it might be you.

How do you know if it is you? Because your dream is to make people genuinely happy, and you will do whatever it takes to make that happen. Your priority is not to clock out as fast as possible, but to lead a team with purpose, love, and a relentless drive toward excellent service.

We are a small, independent restaurant. What we do is grounded in real passion not the kind expressed through extravagant interior design, diva attitudes, or fake attention to targeted customers. We are not seeking people trained strictly in massive corporate structures. We have nothing against them, but from experience, we know those rigid habits do not translate to our floor.

We want someone who has ideally been trained in small houses, independent restaurants, or family-owned businesses. We need a leader who, when they see something that needs love, will simply step up and do it, rather than hiding behind a title, a rank, a network of fancy friends, or walking away just because the clock says the day is done.

Pay: $40,070.02-$68,926.21 per year
