Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient service throughout their visit
- Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing of transactions
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with precision and integrity
- Assist in food handling and food preparation tasks to support kitchen staff when needed, maintaining high standards of sanitation and food safety
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including dining spaces, counters, and service stations




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality or guest satisfaction

Qualifications

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities (must fluent in English)
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations confidently
- Understanding of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in serving, cashiering, or hospitality roles demonstrates readiness for this position
- Capable of managing time efficiently during high-volume service times while maintaining professionalism
