The initial assignment will support our winter road and site maintenance contract, with work anticipated from September 2026 through April 2027. In this role, you will operate heavy‐duty trucks equipped with plows, sanders, and/or water tanks to maintain safe and accessible roads, parking areas, and work sites throughout the winter season. Opportunities for continued employment beyond the winter maintenance contract may be available based on individual performance, operational requirements, and the availability of suitable work.Your Day-to-DaySafely load, tie down, immobilize, and secure all equipment and materials in a safe manner in accordance with Ministry of Transportation (MTO) guidelinesOperate heavy‐duty trucks equipped with plows, sanders, and/or water tanks for snow and ice controlPlow snow and ice from access roads, driveways, parking lots, work sites, and other areasHaul snow from designated areas to disposal sites as requiredApply salt, sand,



or other de‐icing materials to mine site roads and work areasPerform general labourer duties such as clearing snow from high traffic and critical infrastructure areas including entrances, access roads, emergency exits, and equipment pads when requiredPerform daily pre‐op and post‐op inspections on equipment and attend daily safety meetingsClean and lubricate equipment and refill equipment tanksAccurately complete daily logs, timesheets, and work orders as requiredPerform physically demanding work including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, crouching, climbing, crawling, repetitive reaching, and extended periods of standing throughout the workdayMaintain a clean and tidy work environment and equipmentWork in various weather conditions including inclement weather conditionsWork schedule consists of 7 days on and 7 days off. Day shifts and night shifts as required.Work in accordance with all internal, client and regulated health and safety policies, procedures and/or regulations, including wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)Perform other related duties as assignedYou Are a Good Fit If You HaveRequired:Valid DZ or AZ license with a clean driver's abstractMinimum of one (1)
