As the organization continues to grow, they are seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join their agile and collaborative maintenance team.Position SummaryAs a Maintenance Technician II, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and performance of greenhouse, packhouse, and facility equipment. Working closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and fellow technicians, you will perform preventative and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment failures, complete repairs, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial equipment, conveyor systems, greenhouse systems, production equipment, and facility infrastructureUtilize preventative maintenance software to accurately document work orders, downtime, repairs, labor hours, and parts usageTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, and automation-related issuesAssist with equipment installation, upgrades, and facility improvement projectsConduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on equipment failures and implement corrective actionsOperate various equipment including forklifts, scissor lifts, skyjacks, and company vehiclesMaintain compliance with health and safety regulations, Lockout/Tagout procedures, food safety standards, and company policiesCollaborate effectively with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiencySupport training and development of junior maintenance personnel as requiredParticipate in on-call, weekend, holiday,
