You will respond to service requests, perform routine maintenance, and participate in inspections while coordinating with colleagues and the Lead and in office Client Supervisor.The role requires a Journeyman Carpenter certification and at least five years of experience in commercial or industrial carpentry, plus familiarity with building systems and SAP for work notifications.
