Our iCast suite of products powers major organizations across financial services, governments, professional associations and enterprise sectors.Role OverviewAs part of the finance team, this role supports the financial operations of the business, contributing to effective financial planning and execution through hands‐on management of accounts receivable and accounts payable activities, and by providing reliable financial information to support the company's goals and objectives.Main ResponsabilitiesCore Accounting OperationsProcess accounts payable and accounts receivable transactionsAssist with entering biweekly payroll information, validating hours and managing exceptionsEnsure timely invoicing, collections, and vendor paymentsResolve discrepancies and respond to internal and external inquiries related to payments and billingCollaborate cross-functionally with various teams to align financial information with business needsIdentify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls, and efficiencySupport the implementation of new tools or systems when requiredGeneral Ledger & ReconciliationsMaintain accurate general ledger entriesPerform monthly reconciliations for bank accounts and other systemsInvestigate and correct variances as neededMonth-end & Financial CloseSupport the month-end close process by preparing journal entries, schedules,



and supporting documentationAssist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and internal reportsEnsure financial records are accurate, complete, and well organizedCompliance, Taxes & Audit SupportPrepare audit schedules, working papers, and supporting documentation for internal and external auditsLiaise with internal departments to gather explanations and financial data required for audit purposesMaintain organized audit files and ensure proper documentation retentionContribute to filing GST/QST returns and liaise with government agencies, as requiredEnsure accounting practices comply with applicable accounting standards and regulationsReporting & Financial InsightsMaintain and enhance financial and performance metric dashboardsPrepare ad hoc financial analyses and reports to support management decision-makingQualifications7 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance operationsStrong attention to detail and a high personal standard for accuracyComfortable working in accounting tools (QuickBooks)Excellent Excel skillsOrganizational skills and able to manage multiple ongoing tasksKnowledge of cost accounting and financial cycle in a service contextBilingualism: written and spoken French and English* Proficiency in English is required, as you will occasionally need to communicate with our Toronto office as well as with certain English‐speaking vendors. *Bonus:
