Job DescriptionAs a Senior Estimator working in the Building Operations team at Pomerleau, you will support new and ongoing project growth and challenge industry standards with your trade-driven expertise and knowledge. Working on large-scale building and infrastructure projects – ranging from $1.5 million to upwards of $1 billion – you will work closely with our proposals team and various client groups to secure bids and ensure project success.What You Will DoContribute to the bid process cycle.Identify project-specific prices for labor, equipment, and materials.Accurately interpret technical specifications with a keen eye for detail.Perform thorough quantity take-offs to ensure precise contract specifications and pricing.Maintain a focus on client pricing requirements for project feasibility.Cultivate relationships with trade partners, consultants, and clients to achieve project goals.Explore innovative solutions and opportunities within the parameters of the project.QualificationsA University Degree,
