Job DescriptionWhat if YOUR adventure with US started here?!We invite you to work at Airbus Atlantique, a new global champion, No. 2 in aerostructures, No. 1 in pilot seats, and in the Top 3 for Premium passenger seats.Our Airbus Atlantique site based in Mirabel is looking for its future configuration Methods Agent:Within a team of about fifteen people, your main task will be to interact with the Production sector to provide technical support to production operators and master an assembly line in terms of industrialization and assembly.Under the supervision of the Methods (Preparation) Manager for the G7500 and A220 programs for the Airbus Atlantique Canada site in Mirabel, your responsibility will be to master the assembly phases of the positions to which you will be assigned and you must anticipate the associated risks. Your daily work must be done in compliance with health and safety standards.The Methods Department is:Above all, a team of enthusiasts who work together in a good-natured environment.Our mission is to take on challenges with the priority of supporting the production department in the assembly of aerospace products.ResponsibilitiesYou will mainly be required to, but not limited to:Request the creation of an OMP for a repair partSupport production in carrying out repair workCreate the repair process without deviation (e.G. replacement of a part)Understand the sequencing and the industrial processSupport installationsCreate repair processes related to deviationsCommunicate change requests to series preparersModify manufacturing orders as needed (adding missing parts...)Make necessary corrections to technical sheets if possible or report information to series preparersMonitor work performed at the end of an assembly to quickly take charge of files to be split for finishing workDesired SkillsYou have a college or university diploma in mechanical, electrical engineering, aeronautical manufacturing,



or any other relevant diplomaA minimum of 5 years of experience in methods.Experience in the aeronautical sector and in medium-series production supportKnowledge of assembly processes (key characteristics of a easy or complex assembly tool, capability analysis tool, etc.)Ability to read and interpret technical drawingsAbility to use and interpret aeronautical standardsAbility to create and/or interpret a manufacturing processMaster the principles of tolerancing and dimension chainsKnowledge of elementary parts would be a plusKnowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office, Catia V5Proactive, team spirit, responsiveness, and rigorFrench & English: spoken & writtenSoft SkillsHave good interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate leadership.Very good awareness of one's technical limits.Be recognized for the ability to work both in a team and autonomously.Possesses good interpersonal skills and knows how to adapt communication to the relevant interlocutor, whether internally or with the client met daily.
