Sanitation - Service & Support (Janitor)Key Responsibilities:Demonstrate food safety and quality concepts (e.G. cleaning and sanitation of equipment) in a baking facilityMaintain a high level of sanitation in all areas of the facilityComplete all daily sanitation tasks, as per the Sanitation ChecklistResponsible for additional weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual tasks as laid out by the Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS)Properly document completed tasks on POKA and MSS trackerOperate floor scrubber machinesEnsure that all manufacturing equipment is cleaned, sanitized and handled according to company standardsAssist in the cleaning of production lines and ensures that lines are properly cleaned within the acceptable time frameExposure to/working with chemicals (detergents bleach,



etc.)Experience with moving and dismantling equipment to ensure proper cleaning and sanitationLockout- tag out experienceSupport in any additional required sanitation tasks on shift1-3 years relevant working experience in a food will be considered an assetIndividual will need to be detail oriented which will ensure that the cleaning/sanitation functions are executed according to the SSOPs (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures).Experience with moving and dismantling equipment to ensure proper cleaning and sanitationLockout- tag out knowledgeExposure to/working with chemicals (detergents bleach, etc.)Ability to lift 25 – 40 kg on a continuous manual basisStrong technical skills, and an analytical approach to problem-solvingWeekend shift – Friday (12 hrs) – Saturday ( 12 hrs) - Sunday (12 hrs) - total 36 hoursRate: $26.40 per hour
