System Functional Safety Manager – Automotive SystemsFull-timeCS Group Canada, a subsidiary of CS Group (part of the Sopra Steria Group), is a leader in the development and certification of safety-critical systems in the aerospace, electric, and autonomous driving industries.Joining CS Group Canada means taking part in complex, high-tech projects for some of the most prestigious system manufacturers in North America, while benefiting from competitive salaries, comprehensive benefits, and flexible work arrangements.We are looking for an experienced System Safety Manager with practical expertise in Automotive Functional Safety ISO26262 to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of next-generation vehicles.The manager will be part of the CS project team and will collaborate closely with other Functional Safety Managers and Experts to lead and perform system-level Functional Safety activities and deliver the corresponding work products.The role focuses on system-level Functional Safety engineering according to ISO 26262 Parts 2, 3 and 4, acting at the interface between the OEM, system integrator and component suppliers.The position is open to candidates based in the United States (Michigan preferred) or Canada (Ontario or Quebec preferred).ResponsibilitiesSupport Safety plan, DIA, Safety Case and supplier coordination activitiesExecute impact analyses, identify gaps, and define/recommend required adaptationsLead the execution of Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessments (HARA)
