Airswift is seeking a Gas Analysis Administrator to work on a

1-year contract basis with one of our major Oil & Gas clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the first point of contact for

ProTrend support, troubleshooting, and user training across field operations, production accounting, and operations teams.

- Serve as the subject matter expert for fluid analysis, sampling processes, and ProTrend application administration.

- Coordinate and administer oil and gas sample scheduling, validation, and distribution processes.

- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements across

Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan

.

- Manage laboratory data imports, analysis validation, audit processes, and exports to various business systems.

- Analyze schematic drawings to identify sample points, metering locations, and cost-saving opportunities.

- Coordinate third-party laboratory analysis, including scheduling, setup, validation, review, and communication of issues or concerns.

- Support and resolve software-related issues associated with gas analysis processes.





Qualifications

- Minimum

3 years of Oil & Gas Fluid Analysis Administration experience

, including hands-on experience with

ProTrend

.

- Strong understanding of

Heavy Oil, Conventional, and Upstream Oil & Gas operations

.

- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including experience working with large datasets.

- Proficiency in

VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables

, and the Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

- Ability to quickly learn recent systems and processes while managing multiple priorities.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Basic knowledge of chemistry.

- Experience with

Petrinex and production accounting processes.

- Familiarity with regulatory reporting and fluid analysis compliance requirements.
