Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Gas Fitter to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

- Install, repair, and maintain gas piping systems in accordance with local codes and safety regulations
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise installations
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on gas systems to ensure optimal operation and safety
- Utilize hand tools, welding equipment (MIG, TIG), and rigging techniques to assemble and modify piping components
- Perform troubleshooting to identify issues within gas systems and implement effective solutions promptly
- Collaborate with team members on complex projects involving HVAC systems, plumbing, or mechanical components




- Maintain detailed records of work performed, including inspection reports and compliance documentation

Experience

- Proven experience as a Gas Fitter or in a similar role within manufacturing or construction environments
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in welding (MIG and TIG), plumbing, and schematics reading
- Familiarity with HVAC systems, rigging techniques, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Ability to operate calipers, hand tools, and other precision measurement instruments accurately
- Knowledge of safety standards related to gas systems installation and maintenance
- Prior experience working with blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings is highly desirable
- Construction or manufacturing experience that demonstrates adaptability across diverse projects
