We're looking for a skilled and motivated Full-Time Baker to join our Bakery Department at Country Grocer at our Duncan location. As a Baker, you'll be responsible for the preparation, baking, and production of high-quality baked goods—primarily breads, rolls, and other yeast-leavened products.Schedule Requirements:Morning shift as early as 4amAvailable to work mornings, weekends, and holidaysAbout the job:Prepare and bake a variety of fresh breads, rolls, and other yeast-based products according to company standards and recipesScale, mix, proof, and bake doughs with precision and consistencyOperate commercial baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, proofers, and dough dividers safely and effectivelyMonitor baking times and temperatures to ensure quality and donenessMaintain accurate production records and adjust batch sizes as needed based on demandComply with all food safety, workplace safety, and hygiene regulationsPay for this job:Starting Range: $24.00-$26.25Most new team members start within this range, depending on their experience and skills.Growth Range: Up to $30.50There's room to grow!
