Our values reflect the mindset we bring to everything we do: Innovation Trust Entrepreneurship Customer Focus What You’ll Be Contributing: Consolidate monthly financial results of Hypertec Group entities, including foreign currency translation and intercompany eliminations Conduct comprehensive financial analyses for internal and external reporting (MD&A, quarterly stakeholder reports), including variance, trend, and performance analyses Build, maintain, and enhance financial models and templates using Vena Solutions and other tools to support month-end close, consolidation, and budgeting processes Extract, transform, and interpret financial data to generate meaningful insights that support decision-making Support the external audit process,



including preparing annual financial statements and required supporting documentation Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial reporting and enhance efficiency through automation and system optimization Participate in ad hoc projects and analyses to support business objectives What Sets You Apart: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, CPA designation an asset Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and analysis Expertise in financial consolidation in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze complex data sets Experience with financial reporting and consolidation systems (e.G., Vena, Adaptive Insights) an asset Strong knowledge of ERP systems; experience with SAP Business One an asset Experience with Power BI an asset Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills A proactive, resourceful approach with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment What’s In it For You: Hybrid work model (3 days a week in office), supported by competitive benefits.
