Air Solutions Canada is looking for an energetic, organized and customer-focused person to join our Waterdown team.This is a busy, hands-on role at the centre of our customer experience.You'll support our outside sales team, communicate directly with customers, prepare and follow up quotations, process purchase orders and make sure that our customers receive top draw, responsive, professional service they've come to expect from Air Solutions.Great customer care, strong follow-up and experience and a willingness to pick up the phone are essential.What You Can Expect to Be Doing:Assist our outside sales team with booking customer appointments and sales callsAssist them with entering and maintaining customer and sales call informationObtain pricing, and delivery lead times from suppliersPrepare and send customer quotations and proposalsFollow up quotations by phone and emailAnswer customer questions and keep them informedHelp move opportunities forward and close orders whenever possibleProcess customer purchase orders and enter sales orders into our CRM, NetSuiteAssist with product information, pricing, availability, and order statusCoordinate with sales, service, parts, and operations to look after customer requirementsReconnect with dormant customers, and identify new opportunitiesTake ownership of customer enquiries and ensure nothing falls through the cracksHere Are the Skill Sets and Qualities We're Looking For.
