In this role, you'll provide both technical leadership and strategic guidance, leading Cisco transformation efforts while ensuring successful integration across existing Fortinet environments.This is an ideal opportunity for a senior network professional who combines deep technical expertise with strong client engagement and leadership capabilities. You'll work closely with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and modern network solutions.Responsibilities:Lead enterprise Cisco network transformation initiatives from planning through executionServe as the primary technical lead across Cisco and Fortinet network environmentsDesign, deploy, and optimize Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela) solutionsDrive Cisco ISE initiatives,



including identity-based access policies and network access controlSupport Cisco SD-Access implementations focused on segmentation, automation, and secure connectivityIntegrate and manage Fortinet firewall technologies within the broader network architectureFacilitate client meetings, technical workshops, and vendor engagementsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and milestone achievementProvide strategic recommendations to improve network performance, scalability, and security postureAct as a trusted advisor to both technical and business stakeholdersQualifications:8+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering and infrastructure transformationDemonstrated success leading large-scale network modernization projectsStrong expertise in:Cisco Viptela SD-WANCisco ISE (Identity Services Engine)Cisco SD-AccessFortinet FirewallsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to lead discussions, manage vendor relationships, and influence decision-makingStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in fast-paced environmentsExperience working within hybrid Cisco–Fortinet enterprise environmentsIndustry certifications such as Cisco CCNP/CCIE or Fortinet NSEExperience supporting large-scale, multi-site enterprise deploymentsArctiq is an equal prospect employer.
