We are looking for a hardworking and reliable General Labourer to join our construction team. This is a hands-on position supporting general construction projects. The successful candidate will work alongside our site crews to help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.This role is physically demanding and requires someone who is comfortable working outdoors, performing manual labour, lifting materials, and being actively involved in day-to-day construction site activities.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with hardscape installations, including patios, walkways, retaining walls, curbs, steps, and other landscape featuresPerform excavation, grading, digging, shoveling, raking, and general site preparationLoad, unload, move, and organize construction and landscaping materialsOperate hand tools and basic power tools as requiredMix, pour,



and finish concrete and other construction materials when requiredAssist with site cleanup, demolition, and material removalMaintain a clean, secure, and organized work areaFollow all company Health & Safety policies and proceduresProperly use and maintain tools, equipment, and PPEPerform other general construction and labour duties as requiredQualifications & RequirementsPrevious construction, landscaping, or hardscape experience is an assetStrong work ethic and reliable attendanceComfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditionsPhysically capable of performing demanding manual labour, including frequent lifting, bending, kneeling, standing, and walkingValid driver's license and reliable transportation (not bus accessible)
