Reporting to the Catering Manager, the Catering Services Supervisor is responsible for coordinating daily catering requirements/events and set up for events and conference groups on campus.What We OfferHealth benefits (full-time employees)Training and development opportunitiesEmployee recognition programs including service awardsMeal programStrong focus on a safe and healthy work environmentDiverse and inclusive workforceAbout The JobCoordinate catering functions and special events for internal and external clients/groupsEnsure that food and service meet quality control standardsResponsible for the execution of the function/event from beginning to endSupervise staff, including agency staff if requiredConduct pre-shift rally/meetingsProvide clear instructions to staff; ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner and according to customer expectationsAssure quality, courteous service is provided to customers at all timesIn conjunction with the Assistant Manager, train staff on job duties and Aramark catering standardsOperate automobiles, vans and light trucks to deliver and pick up food items,
