Assure observance of required techniques in nursing careAssist in assessing patients/residents and develop, implement, review and evaluate care plans. Monitor health, notes changes in condition and assess need for referral to doctors; processes and implementphysicians' ordersQualificationsAppropriate current certificate of competence from the Approved Institutions for the provinceRegistration or eligible for registration with the Approved Institutions for the provincePrevious managerial experience in long-term care or community homecare preferredExperience dealing with the cognitively impairedComprehensive knowledge of nursing and health care practices,
