This is your opportunity to join a global technology company, driving energy innovation for a balanced planet.What's In It For You:The support of an organization that believes it is vital to include and engage diverse people, perspectives, and ideas to achieve our best Thrive in a company that values sustainability, drives a safety-focused culture, and empowers through continuous improvement.Comprehensive benefits package that includes extended health benefits, a company-matched retirement program, and more!What You Will Do:Provide leadership in a Pro-Rod Coiled Rod Micro PlantAccountable for all aspects of the Pro-Rod Micro-Plant and field services.Includes but not limited to:Order taking, including accurate on-time product delivery and timely invoicingDispatching Internal Rod Haul Trucks & Field WeldersAccurate inventory management of current product as well as customer inspected productOperate Overhead Crane, Fire blade Welder & other Micro Plant Equipment as required.Communicate with Edmonton Pro-Rod manufacturing to ensure adequate inventory levels and communicate changing market conditions.Communicate with 3rd party contractors engaged in providing services on behalf of Pro-Rod, as well as maintain accurate consignment inventory where applicable.Establish, develop and maintain effective leadership and communication with Peers, customers, potential customers, 3rd party contractors, and Vendors.Whenever required,
