Plant Operator - OrilliaPosition: Permanent full‑time. Hourly rate: $31.74 - $33.74.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesLead and foster the safety culture by conducting pre‑use inspections, reporting hazards and near misses, and committing to safe work practices.Operate heavy equipment (loader, skid steer, etc.) and various hand tools in a safe and efficient manner.Perform maintenance on plant equipment as needed, including changing screens, greasing, and relocating equipment.Demonstrate teamwork and maintain a positive attitude toward colleagues, contractors, and customers.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsMotivated with a willingness to learn and be challenged.Able to learn on the job and receive regular training.Reliable and punctual,
