This is a position for someone who is eager to grow, can operate independently, and wants ownership over real marketing deliverables. You will coordinate paid advertising, social media, content creation, website maintenance, and trade show support. You will report to the Sales & Marketing Manager and work closely with the broader sales team.Key ResponsibilitiesPaid AdvertisingMonitor, optimize, and report on paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram)Adjust targeting, creative, and budget allocation based on performance dataDevelop and execute email marketing campaignsSocial Media & Content CreationBuild and maintain a content calendar for organic and paid posts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTubeCreate and edit photo and video content on‐siteWrite captions, respond to comments and messages, and grow audience engagementWebsite Maintenance & SEOKeep product listings, specs, and photos current on the company websiteOptimize pages for SEO performance, mobile compatibility,
