Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Glaziers and Assistant Glaziers to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from installing glass in new constructions to restoring existing structures. If you enjoy hands-on work, working outdoors or in construction environments, and want to develop your skills in a supportive team, this position is perfect for you!

Duties

- Measure and prepare glass panels according to project specifications using hand tools and schematics
- Install glass in windows, doors, shower enclosures, and other fixtures following safety standards and manufacturer instructions
- Assist senior glaziers with cutting, fitting, sealing, and finishing glass installations
- Read blueprints and schematics to ensure precise placement and alignment of glass components
- Perform restoration work on existing glass structures, including replacing broken or outdated panels
- Use caulking, drywall, plumbing, welding,



flooring installation, tile laying, and construction painting skills as needed for comprehensive projects
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials throughout the job site

Skills
- Proficiency with hand tools such as saws, drills, levels, and measuring tapes
- Construction experience with a focus on carpentry or related trades
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately
- Knowledge of drywall installation, caulking techniques, and restoration processes
- Familiarity with construction painting, plumbing basics, welding techniques, flooring installation, and tile laying is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work safely at heights and in various weather conditions
