Merrithew is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team in Scarborough. You will lead full-cycle recruitment across our global organization, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years’ corporate recruiting experience with cross-border hiring (Canada, US, UK) and solid ATS skills (ADP a plus). You’ll help build Merrithew’s employer brand and support onboarding.
