Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop compelling visual content across digital and print channels. This role will support marketing initiatives through the creation of advertisements, social media campaigns, branded collateral, landing pages, and presentations. The ideal candidate combines strong design skills with a team-oriented mindset, can translate creative briefs into polished and brand-consistent work, and is comfortable integrating AI-powered tools into their creative production process and day-to-day workflow.

Responsibilities

- Design digital assets, including social media graphics, infographics, advertisements, web banners, and presentations.
- Produce print materials such as brochures, posters, packaging, and signage as needed.
- Maintain consistent visual branding across all marketing and communication channels.
- Create layouts for articles, newsletters, and multimedia campaigns.
- Prepare and optimize creative assets for their intended platforms, including social media, web, and print.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities while consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
- Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and techniques relevant to the company’s brand and target audience.
- Maintain a well-organized archive of design files, templates, and other creative assets.

Experience





- 1-3 years of professional graphic design experience in an agency, in-house, and/or freelance environment.
- Experience creating digital and print advertisements.
- Experience designing social media assets and campaign materials.
- Experience developing branded collateral across multiple formats.
- Experience designing engaging, user-focused landing pages.
- Experience creating polished and visually compelling presentations.

Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools, such as Claude and ChatGPT.
- Basic knowledge of print production processes and requirements.

Collaboration

- Work closely with content writers, social media managers, and marketing teams to develop cohesive campaigns.
- Translate creative briefs and stakeholder feedback into refined design solutions.
- Support the development of brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all materials.
- Collaborate with photographers, illustrators, developers, and other creative partners as needed.
