Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated On-Site Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and support employees at the client site in Mississauga.

This is an entry-level management role requiring strong people management, administrative, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and ensure productivity targets are met.
• Lead, coach, and support warehouse associates.
• Monitor workflow, staffing, attendance,
  
  
  
  and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.
• Prepare reports and communicate updates to management.
• Support KPI tracking and performance reporting.
• Handle administrative tasks related to site operations and employee management.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications for reporting, documentation, and communication.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the client, warehouse employees, and internal management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in supervision, warehouse operations, retail, logistics, customer service, or administration is an asset.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Experience with KPI reporting and performance management is an asset.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Comfortable using email and attaching documents electronically.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be comfortable working on-site Tuesday–Thursday at the Mississauga location.
• Must be flexible to work from the Mississauga office or another site on Monday and Friday.
