Position Overview: CFT Group is seeking an experienced Mini Excavator Operator to join our team in Stittsville. This role is ideal for a skilled operator who is confident working in fast-paced environments. Starting Wage: $24 per hour. Key Responsibilities: Safely and efficiently operate mini excavators to perform various tasks. Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly Load, move, and organize materials as required Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow all company safety policies, procedures,



and production expectations Work closely with supervisors and team members to achieve daily operational goals Qualifications: 5-10+ years of hands-on experience operating mini excavators in construction, landscaping, utility installation, site development, recycling, or other related heavy equipment environments.
