We're hiring Senior Multiline Claims Examiners to design realistic claim-handling scenarios, evaluate model outputs against established claims standards, and help shape how the next generation of AI reasons about coverage, investigation, evaluation, settlement, and claim resolution.We welcome carrier examiners, desk adjusters, field adjusters, TPA professionals, and independent adjusters with experience handling property, auto, casualty, or specialty P&C claims.What You'll DoDesign realistic claims scenarios involving first notice of loss, coverage verification, investigation, documentation, reserving, damage evaluation, negotiation, settlement, subrogation, salvage, and closureCreate work products such as claim action plans, coverage analyses, investigation requests, evaluation summaries, settlement recommendations, and insured communicationsWrite "golden" reference responses at experienced claims-professional qualityGrade AI-generated responses against structured rubrics for factual accuracy, policy application, claim-handling judgment, and procedural completenessIdentify premature conclusions, missing investigative steps, unsupported valuations, improper communications,
