Reporting to the Director of Technology. An integral part of the ALMAG Aluminium Information Technology Department the Infrastructure, Server & Migration Specialist is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the organization's server and infrastructure environments while leading technical aspects of system modernization, cloud adoption, and data/application migrations. This role ensures stable day-to-day operations across infrastructure platforms and plays a key role in implementing future-state technology solutions that support business growth and operational efficiency.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe duties and responsibilities of the Infrastructure, Server and Migration Specialist are detailed below, but not limited to the following:Infrastructure & Server ManagementAdminister and maintain physical and virtual server environmentsMonitor system performance, capacity, and availabilityManage Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCPMaintain storage, backup, and disaster recovery solutionsSupport Microsoft 365 and cloud-connected infrastructure servicesPlan and execute infrastructure upgrades and lifecycle managementAdditional duties as required to support the businessCloud & Hybrid Environment SupportSupport Azure cloud services and hybrid infrastructure environmentsManage virtual machines, storage, networking, and identity servicesAssist with cloud migration planning and implementationMonitor and optimize cloud resource utilization and costsMigration & Systems ModernizationLead technical planning and execution of server, application, and data migrationsDevelop migration strategies, cutover plans,
