Responsibilities

- Design and deliver personalized guitar lessons tailored to each student’s skill level, interests, and learning style
- Create a supportive and motivating atmosphere that encourages students to explore their musical potential
- Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Prepare lesson plans that incorporate technical exercises, repertoire development, and music theory fundamentals
- Foster a protected and inclusive classroom environment, especially when working with children or early learners
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and lesson plans




- Collaborate with parents or guardians to communicate student achievements and areas for improvement

Qualifications

- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching guitar to diverse age groups
- Strong knowledge of guitar techniques, music theory, and repertoire across various genres
- Experience working with children and understanding early childhood education principles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students of all ages
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that balance technical skill-building with fun and creativity
- Prior classroom experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for teaching is essential
- Additional skills such as basic cooking or classroom management are a plus but not mandatory
