Duties

- Consult with clients to understand their hair goals, preferences, and lifestyle needs to recommend suitable styles and treatments
- Perform professional haircuts, coloring, styling, blowouts, and special occasion updos with precision and artistry
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work station in accordance with health and safety standards to ensure client safety and comfort
- Upsell hair care products, styling tools, and salon services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and processing payments efficiently




- Educate clients on proper hair care routines and recommend retail products tailored to their hair type and needs
- Build strong relationships through excellent communication skills, ensuring clients feel valued and eager to return

Skills

- Proven experience in hair styling, coloring, and cutting techniques with a keen eye for detail
- Exceptional customer service skills that create a welcoming atmosphere for all clients
- Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain a safe and hygienic salon environment
- Ability to effectively communicate style options and product recommendations to diverse clients
- Strong retail sales skills with an aptitude for upselling complementary products and services

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
