Pay: CA$25.00-CA$35.00 per hour

We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Skilled Labourer/Carpenter to join our team. This role involves working on apartment turnovers, unit renovations, and property upgrades, with a wide variety of hands-on tasks.

Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

- Flooring installation (laminate, vinyl, hardwood)
- Trim, baseboard, and casing work

- Hanging and adjusting doors
- Kitchen installation (cabinets, counters, hardware)
- Minor electrical (switches, fixtures, outlets)
- Minor plumbing (faucets, sinks, toilets)
- Tile work (backsplashes, bathrooms, floors)
- General repairs and finishing touches to ensure units are rent-ready

Requirements
- Proven experience in carpentry, renovations, or skilled trades
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing (certification not required but an asset)




- Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Own tools and reliable transportation preferred
