Orangetheory Fitness Creekside is looking for a high energy, results driven Head Coach to lead our fitness team and community. As the Head Coach, you will be responsible for managing a team of certified fitness coaches, ensuring the highest standards of class execution, and driving member retention. You will blend your passion for science backed, heart rate-based interval training with strong leadership skills to cultivate an electric studio culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, hire, onboard, and mentor a team of Orangetheory Fitness Coaches. Conduct regular evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and lead monthly staff meetings.
- Coaching Requirements: Deliver a minimum of 15–20 high-energy classes per week, leading from the front and setting the standard for workout execution.
- Class Execution: Deliver high-energy, safe, and motivating OTF workouts, maintaining strict compliance with the daily brand template.
- Administrative Time: Dedicate 10–15 hours per week to operational duties, including staff leadership, performance tracking, and studio management collaboration.
- Operations & Compliance: Manage the coach scheduling system to ensure optimal class coverage. Ensure all equipment (treadmills, rowers, and weight floors) is clean, calibrated, and protected.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance metrics, including studio attendance, utilization rates, and member retention. Work closely with the Studio Manager to hit operational goals.
- Community Engagement: Foster an inclusive, supportive environment for members. Organize and execute studio fitness challenges (e.g., Hell Week, Transformation Challenge).

Requirements & Qualifications
- Certifications: Current NCCA-accredited fitness certification (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM) or equivalent Canadian standard (e.g., Canfitpro, CSEP).
- First Aid: Valid CPR/AED certification required.
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Group Fitness Instructor, with prior leadership or management experience preferred.
- Brand Training:



Must successfully complete the Orangetheory Fitness Coach Training Certification program upon hire.
- Skills: Strong public speaking and multi-tasking abilities. Competency in navigating sound systems, heart-rate tracking software, and member management databases.
