Your Opportunity BDO Digital is looking for a Manager, Business Analysis / Technology Consulting to join our Consulting team in the GTA, with a flexible hybrid work arrangement. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading client engagements, gathering and translating business requirements, supporting solution delivery, and managing quality assurance activities across complex technology projects. This role is well suited for an experienced Business Analyst or Technology Consulting professional with solid client-facing skills, project delivery experience, and the ability to lead teams through the full software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Lead business analysis activities across technology consulting engagements, including requirements planning, elicitation, documentation, validation, and stakeholder sign-off. Work closely with clients and internal project teams to understand business needs,



define current and future state processes, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Prepare and contribute to key project artifacts, including business cases, business requirements documents, functional requirements documents, process flows, user stories, use cases, and solution documentation. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, developers, QA teams, and project leadership to ensure alignment between business needs and solution delivery. Support agile and waterfall project delivery by facilitating backlog planning, feature decomposition, sprint planning, prioritization, and requirements traceability. Lead or support quality assurance activities, including test strategy, test planning, test case development, defect management, UAT support, and validation of delivered functionality. Identify, assess, and help mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and business readiness considerations. Provide coaching, mentorship, and day-to-day guidance to business analysts, consultants, and project team members. Support business development activities, including effort estimation, resource planning, proposal development, RFP responses, and solution scoping.
