Operations & Maintenance Technical ManagerThe O&M Technical Manager will support a growing portfolio of utility-scale solar PV and battery storage projects across North America. This position will lead the operational and technical management of O&M activities, with responsibility for asset performance, availability, safety, maintenance strategy, field-service operations, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead O&M activities for utility-scale solar and BESS assetsManage and develop technical asset management and field-service teamsEnsure asset availability, performance, safety, and contractual complianceOversee preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, inspections, and fault managementMonitor KPIs, budgets, operational data, and asset performanceCoordinate internal teams, subcontractors, service providers, and technical partnersBuild scalable field-service and technician structures as the portfolio growsDevelop and improve O&M processes, maintenance strategies, spare-parts programs,



and operating standardsSupport technical training including thermography, medium-voltage work, and inverter maintenancePartner with Business Development on O&M solutions, proposals, and service offeringsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience4-7 years of experience in technical operations, O&M, service management, asset operations, or infrastructure projectsUtility-scale solar PV experience strongly preferred; BESS and substation experience also relevantUnderstanding of PV performance metrics including performance ratio and availabilityExperience managing field-service teams, technicians, subcontractors, and service providersStrong technical, operational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to travel to project sites throughout North America.
