Located in the beautiful West Kootenay region of southeastern, British Columbia, Trail offers outdoor adventure at your fingertips.Role OverviewTeck is looking for a Millwright(Industrial Mechanic) Apprentice (3rd/4th Year) to join our team at our Trail Operations, one of the world's largest fully integrated zinc and lead smelting and refining complexes.Reporting to the Group Leader, the Millwright Apprentice is responsible for the below.Key ResponsibilitiesBe a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and proceduresInstall, repair, maintain and adjust instruments used to measure and control processes and perform preventative maintenance on a wide variety of complex control systemsQualificationsCompletion of Grade 12 (please submit a copy of certificate to application)Completion of a Millwright(Industrial Mechanic)
