Duties

- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Support patient care routines including medication administration and health monitoring
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning client spaces to maintain hygiene and safety
- Provide compassionate companionship to reduce loneliness and enhance emotional well-being
- Support individuals with disabilities or dementia by implementing personalized care plans




- Assist with mobility and heavy lifting to ensure safety during transfers and repositioning

Requirements

- Prior experience working in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care environments is highly preferred
- Knowledge of patient care practices, dementia care, hospice support, and senior care is advantageous
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physical demands of caregiving tasks
- Strong communication skills and a caring attitude towards clients of all ages and abilities
- Certification or training in caregiving, nursing assistance, or related fields is a plus but not mandatory
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is beneficial
- Must be reliable, compassionate, and committed to providing high-quality care in a respectful manner
