Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and experienced servers to join our energetic restaurant team! Duties

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm to set a positive tone for their dining experience
- Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring all special requests and dietary needs are noted
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including food handling and food safety protocols
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly,



and ensuring guests leave satisfied
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple tables efficiently without compromising quality

Experience

- Proven food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and food safety standards in the food industry
- Experience in food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus but not required
- Ability to perform basic math for billing, tipping, and cash handling tasks accurately
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours
- Previous restaurant experience emphasizing serving, upselling, and guest services is highly desirable
