Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and assist servers with timely table clearing and resetting to maintain a smooth dining operation
- Support servers by delivering food and beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Ensure all food handling and sanitation standards are strictly followed to promote food safety and cleanliness
- Assist in setting up dining areas, including arranging utensils, napkins, and condiments to enhance guest presentation
- Manage cash handling duties accurately during shifts, including processing payments and giving correct change
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by adhering to sanitation protocols in the kitchen and dining areas




- Support the restaurant team with basic food preparation tasks when needed, ensuring quick turnaround times for orders

Skills

- Previous food service experience or restaurant background is highly preferred to excel in this energetic environment
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor that makes guests feel valued
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS and cashiering procedures for efficient transaction processing
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks during busy hours without sacrificing quality
- Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and upselling opportunities
