We source unique products and create custom display solutions that help our clients’ properties stand out. We are currently seeking candidates for seasonal, part-time work across Toronto and the GTA.

Job Overview:

Visualize It Inc. is seeking experienced decorators, visual merchandisers, and general labour support for seasonal commercial holiday decorating installations across the GTA. This hands-on role involves styling, placing, installing, and removing holiday décor; assisting with staging, window displays, event décor, and commercial display setups; and helping bring festive environments to life for prominent corporate and commercial properties. Ideal candidates have previous experience in decorating, visual merchandising, staging, retail or window displays, events, holiday décor, or related hands-on installation work, and are creative, reliable, detail-oriented, punctual, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments with varied hours.

On-site installation work runs from November 1 to December 15, with removal work running from December 27 to January 15.

What we are looking for:

· Experience with decorating, visual merchandising, staging, window displays, event décor, holiday decorating, general labour, or related creative display work.

· Strong creative eye,



attention to detail, and ability to follow design direction.

· Ability to work carefully and efficiently while handling décor, props, ornaments, florals, greenery, lighting, and display materials on active job sites.

· Comfortable assisting with installation, styling, fluffing, placement, finishing details, and removal of seasonal displays.

· Ability to work in small teams, take direction from leads, and learn on the job.

· Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team of like-minded individuals.

· Extremely punctual and able to arrive on time for all scheduled shifts.

· Ability to commit to weekend shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays, as well as night shifts.

· Access to a vehicle is an advantage but not required. Candidates may be asked to meet at various locations across the GTA. Parking expenses will be covered.

Preferred licenses and certifications:

· Working at Heights certification and/or Ladder Safety training.

· A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are an advantage but not required.
