Guest Interaction

· Provide excellent customer service

· Greet children and families with holiday cheer and a welcoming attitude.

· Engage with children in the waiting line to build excitement.

Responsibilities and Duties

Guest Services

· Gift Card Sales

· Handle payments using a POS system.

· Daily deposits and reconciliation

· Resolve and/or forward to the appropriate department all customer comments and inquiries

· Assist with various in office promotions and events

Santa Helper

· Manage lineups, ensuring they are organized and efficient.

· Assist the photographer and distribute photos to guests.

Required Skills & Qualities:

Customer Service - Excellent communication and customer service skills and willing to be trained to work at the Guest Services Desk.

Computer Skills - Computer experience including Excel and basic accounting knowledge.

Enthusiasm - A very cheerful and positive attitude is essential.

Organizational Skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.

Flexibility -Willingness to work a flexible schedule and available November & December.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $18.65 per hour
