Responsibilities include assembling, welding (MIG, TIG), blueprint reading, and quality checks. Must thrive in a unionized, team-based environment. Shifts are on rotation: Monday–Thursday at 6:00AM - 3:00PM & 2:45PM – 1:15AM & Friday at 6:00AM-12:00PM.Role ResponsibilitiesUsing and maintaining welding machines and specialty toolsAssembling components so they are ready for installationReading and interpreting project plansPerforming MIG, TIG and other types of welding methods depending on the projectFinding and fixing faults in pipeworkCarrying out planned maintenance checksRequired Professional Knowledge, Skills & QualificationsAbility to read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings, specifications, manuals and processes.Examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and/or specifications.Ability to work effectively in a team setting and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration and adaptability are important.Ability to problem solve, make decisions, plan and organize jobs and tasks.Excellent interpersonal skills including oral and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills with an exceptional eye for detail.Ability to work in a unionized environment.We thank all applicants for their interest, however,
