The Payment Reconciliation Specialist plays a key role in the revenue cycle by ensuring accurate invoicing, timely transaction recording, and proactive follow-up on outstanding accounts. Ready to be a part of this exhilarating journey?Your Mission:Support end-to-end patient and insurance accounts receivable activitiesReview billing transactions for accuracy and completenessMonitor collections activity and follow up on outstanding balancesAssist in resolving billing, reimbursement and payor issues in partnership with operations teamsEnsure consistent application of billing and revenue cycle processes across all operating units, adhering to policies, compliance standards, and payer requirementsInvestigate reconciling items and elevate issues as appropriateSupport the Accounting team during month-end close and audits, including reconciliations, schedules,



and responding to auditor requestsIdentify process improvement opportunities and support implementation effortsWhat You Bring to the Table:Education:Diploma or certificate in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Bachelor's degree considered an asset).Experience:Minimum 3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, revenue cycle or financial operationsExperience with monthly reconciliations and general accountingExperience in healthcare, pharmacy, or insurance billing an assetSkills:Strong analytical and reconciliation skillsHigh attention to detail with a process-oriented mindsetEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesCollaborative team playerComfortable working in a growing, evolving organizationEnglish proficiency is required for this position to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.Bilingualism (French and English) may be required depending on the specific role, location, and the needs of the organizationCompensation: At BioScript, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range.
