Assistant Producer - EA SPORTSTM FC Mobile, Business OperationsThe Assistant Producer of the Business Operations team will work closely with central organizations such as Publishing, Marketing, ASO, Legal & Release Management teams on behalf of the Development Team helping to manage & organize live event promotions, draft messaging for players and provide operational support to cross‐functional teams. The ideal candidate will have production or design experience on a live service game & experience writing copy for in-game events or player‐first communications.We're looking for someone with a passion for mobile free‐to‐play games and football/soccer. This role involves co‐ordination with remote teams and managing communications and promotions for a global sports IP.As an assistant producer for the business operations team you will:Work with the community management team to understand our users' needs & write critical in-game communications that serve our audienceWork with Fan Care teams, helping provide guidance on communications to provide information to fans & playersDraft engaging marketing copy that meets legal & licensing requirements, shows a clear understanding of the game & the value for usersReview in-game copy for campaigns & tutorials, improving their quality & tone for an EN reading audienceWork with interdisciplinary global teams to coordinate marketing deliverables and ensure their highest quality and successIdentify opportunities to grow our live operations services and tools,



and work in collaboration with multiple partner groupsYou will report to the Business Operations Lead in Vancouver & partner global/regional teams in multiple time zones – including Shanghai, Australia & SingaporeQualifications:2+ years' experience working in games development or games social media as a social media manager, producer, game designer or equivalentCommunications experience – drafting copy for games in a major social media accountA passion for global football/soccer & ability to discuss current teams & players in leagues such as the EPL, LALIGA or specific popular clubsBasic Photoshop skills; experience using the tool for social media is an assetOrganizational skills – self‐motivated and able to manage priorities effectivelyA passion for providing a safe, inclusive environment for all team membersAbility to speak more than one language is an asset; please indicate which languages you speak fluentlyPay Transparency - North AmericaCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITSPay ranges and benefits vary by location.
