and service teams to support innovative food processing solutions.Evaluate emerging food processing technologies and identify opportunities for process improvement and new product development.Maintain and develop quality control and validation documentation and procedures to ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements.Provide technical training and support to customers and internal teams.Represent CMP at industry conferences, technical meetings, and customer presentations as required.Qualifications/SkillsBachelor's degree in food technology, Food Science, Food Engineering, Nutrition, or a related scientific discipline.Minimum 3 years of experience in food process development, food technology in industrial food manufacturing.Strong understanding of food science, process optimization, food safety systems, and quality management principles.Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, ISO standards, GMP, and regulatory compliance requirements.Experience with statistical analysis software and experimental design methodologies.Demonstrated experience conducting pilot-plant and commercial-scale food processing trials.Experience supporting new product development, technology validation, commercialization, and customer implementation projects.Strong technical writing, project management, and communication skills.Ability to work with minimum supervision in a cross-functional team environment.Ability to travel internationally to support customer projects and technical initiatives.Experience and SpecializationArea of work experienceProduct developmentResearch and developmentTesting and AnalysisFood processingQuality AssuranceTechnical ExperienceProcessing MethodsFood chemistryQA programs developmentProduction Process developmentTechnical Reporting/ DocumentationManufacturing Sector ExperienceFoodPersonal SuitabilityAccurateJudgementOrganizedVersatilityProactiveCollaborativeTeam playerExcellent verbal communicationTime managementClient focusExcellent written communicationEfficient interpersonal skillsDependabilityReliabilityFPS Food Process Solutions Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
